I have worked with individuals regarding life transitions, anxiety, depression, grief, self esteem and other life challenges.  We will work together to find the best path towards achieving your therapeutic goals, it is my goal to aid you in building a space where you feel safe and understood, while also being able to confidently challenge yourself.

There is a profound effect in developing acceptance in the face of wanting something more from and for ourselves. Because of this, I like to look at our time in therapy as an investigative and explorative process, cultivated by your own curiosity; the more you learn about yourself, the more you are empowered towards self-acceptance and meaningful change.
